Product Description

Aluminum or aluminum alloy as the main material, through hot rolling or cold rolling process made of rolled materials. Aluminum coil has the advantages of light weight, corrosion resistance, good thermal conductivity and easy processing, and is widely used in construction, home appliances, transportation, packaging, electronic appliances and other fields.

Aluminum coil production process
Melting casting: aluminum ingots are melted and alloying elements are added to cast into aluminum billets.
Hot rolling: The aluminum billet is heated and rolled into a thicker sheet.
Cold rolling: The hot rolled plate is further rolled at room temperature to obtain a thinner thickness and a smoother surface.
Annealing: Through heat treatment to eliminate internal stress, improve material properties.
Surface treatment: According to the demand for wire drawing, oxidation, coating and other treatment.

A2: FREE samples are available for your checking and testing. And to get free samples, you need to send us you detailed receiving address (including post code) and your DHL/FedEx/UPS account for collecting samples, courier cost will be paid in your side.

Q3: HOW TO VISIT YOUR FACTORY?
A3: Most of the main cities have flights to Shanghai; you can take flight to Shanghai Putong/Hongqiao International Airport.
If you come from Hongkong, it will take 2 hours by flight (every day 5 flight around noon time).
