Its ease of machining makes it a firm favorite for cnc milling and turning, Aluminium's comparatively good strength and light weight make it the most versatile and well used metal we sell.
Our range starts at 1/4" square and continues up to 4" square in standard lengths from as short 100mm up 4000mm it is available from stock for a quick delivery, or we can cut aluminium square bar to your custom length.We can also supply it polished to either a brushed or dull polished, or a bright polished finish aluminium square bar on very short lead times.

Drilling is simple with a good quality drill bit and the smaller sizes can easily be cut with a hack saw, whilst the larger sizes are more suited to mechanical cutting.bending and forming can be carried out although some may require localised annealing.
